Challenging Career for Deputy Branch Manager

Make the Right Move and join us, Bank Eksekutif, a privately held commercial bank aiming to expand in the retail markets, with a focus in aggressive lending.

Deputy Branch Manager will be placed on rotation basis in Java and Bali and other parts of the Bank’s Network. This is a key position, which will ensure strong on-site Leadership and direction in lending and managing all account executive to ensure achievement of budget goals (in asset growth, funding or lending)

This position must be field with young, aggressive people with strong salesmanship, sales planning, communications and teamwork. Certification in level 1 BSMR is highly preferred

Personnel Officer

Kualifikasi Umum:

1. Minimum S1 psychology
2. Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
3. Mastering PPh 21 and Payroll
4. Have experience of recruitment and selection
5. To be based in Jawa and Bali
