We, Maspion Bank are seeking to find professionals to be stationed

in Surabaya for the challenging roles of:

Head of HRD Strategy Division (HRD)

Qualification:

1. Mastery on developing strategy for recruitment, promotion, compensation and benefit program
2. Mastery on developing Job Description and Job evaluation
3. Having experience in developing Performance Management system, Familiar with Balance Score Card is preferred
4. Having experience in developing and measuring: (1) Training & Learning management, (2) Service Excellent Program
5. Master degree from a reputable university majoring in Human Resources Management or Psychology
6. Having min. 5 years experience in banking industry is preferred
7. Male or female, max. 40 years old

Assistant to the Board of Directors (BD)

Qualification:

1. Possesses strong analytical skill and able to prepare a management report
2. Bachelor / Master degree from a reputable university, majoring in Finance or Accounting with GPA > 3.0
3. Having min. 2 years experience in banking industry, finance or accounting field is preferred
4. Fluent in English both oral and written
5. Male or female, maximal 30 years old
