HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

The applicant should possess the following characteristics:

1. A post-graduate degree in a relevant field

2. At least 8 years of relevant experience in the areas of international or public affairs, development economics or communications.

3. Credibility with country stakeholders in civil society academia and the media

4. Strong leadership skills and a strong team player
