1. Senior Account Officer (SAO), Account Officer (AO), Assistant Account Officer (AAO)
1. Minimum working experience in Foreign Bank: (SAO: 4 years), (AO: 3 years), (AAO: 2 years)
2. Able to undertake marketing activity for consumer loan and product funding to the customer including loan administration process according to the stipulated target.
3. Demonstrate marketing program in form of solicitation, account plan, account management, risk asset monitoring and evaluation for market environment to achieve loan target, fund, and/or fee base income as provided. Make periodic report to the Branch Manager regarding target achievement stipulated.
2. Customer Service (CS)
1. Minimum 1 years working experience in Bank as Customer Service
2. Able to perform the approval function with the sertain limit for the cash flow (in and out), current account’s transfer, money transfer, as well as other cash and non cash transactions in line with the given authority n the interest of ensuring the daily bank operational smoothness.
3. Input customer information based on Know Your Customer regulation , query, adjust and check Customer information.
4. Receive and interpret customer telephone and oral enquiries,etc.
5. Responsible guiding customer how to fill all the application form.
General Requirements:
1. Stationed in Surabaya, East Java
2. All position minimum of Bachelor Degree
3. Fluent in English both oral and written (fluent in Mandarin would be considered as priority candidate), camputer literate.
4. Minimum age must below 40 years old, specially for teller and Customer Service must be below 26 years old.
5. Having a good leadership (1), managerial skill (1), interpersonal and communication skill (1-2)

Requirements:
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree major in finance or accounting. (Master Degree would be an advantage)
2. Min. 5-6 years experience in Bank as internal auditor.
3. Experience or similar with Banking Operation & Procedure, Audit Methodology, Tool and Analysis. Government Regulations, Risk Management, Compliance, Credit & Marketing, Bank Accounting and Report Writing.
4. Good in teamwork, analytical and conceptual thinking, strategic thinking also integrity
5. Fluent in English both oral and written (fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage), computer literate.
6. Minimum age should below 40 years old
7. Able to work under pressure.
Head of Legal
Requirements:
1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree major in law. (Master Degree would be an advantage)
2. Min. 5 years experience in Bank as Legal Officer
3. Experience or familiar with Business Understanding and Financial Analysis, Legal Drafting Skills and Analysis, Money Market, Treasury Derivative Transaction and Legal Counseling.
4. Good in Group Cooperation, Analytical and Conceptual Skill, Strategic skill, Influence Ability and also Management Control.
5. Fluent in English both oral and written (Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage), computer literate.
6. Minimum age should below 40 years old.
7. Able to work in under pressure.

Legal (LGL) for Jakarta Area
1. Compose and/or prepare the legal documentation (Legal Drafting) for the need of new/extended facility approval or other transactions performed in branch
2. Perform the checking on law documentation in order to ensure that the shortness and/or weakness found in the law documentation (PK/Assurance/Other related documentations) for the said purpose can be detected to be letter followed up or given the solution
3. Review debtor’s Article of Association and change (if any)) as well as the filling/ administration for the purpose of verification of action authority
Credit Review (CR) for Jakarta Area
1. Minimum working experience of 3 years as credit reviewer in banking
2. Review credit risk and ensure keep up of PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia’s asset quality on an ongoing basis
3. Evaluate collateral report that is being pledged whether the asset is properly valued and clarified related to condition and usage of the respective asset
4. Review banking checking and BI Blacklist Checking to the particular borrower or candidate borrower including shareholders and managements
