You will get a comprehensive training for about 9-12 months which consist of classroom training, on the job training, out bond training & marketing assignment. The successful candidate will get competitive remuneration and challenging career.

Officer Development Program (ODP)

Qualification:

1. Male or female, age not older than 27 years old
2. Bachelor degree (S1) from any reputable national or international university with minimum GPA of 2,75 (state university) or 3,00 (private university)
3. Fluency in English (oral & written), other language will be advantage (such as Mandarin)
4. Good communication skills, as well as presentation skill
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Possess team spirit and work initiative
7. Good social adjustment
8. Customer oriented
9. Willing to be placed in branches throughout Indonesia
10. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
