1. 12 years of experience in commercial, SME banking (including 5 years as Branch Managers)
2. Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
3. Age: 45 years old

Branch Manager (BM)

1. 4 years experience in commercial or SME Banking
2. Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
3. Age: 45 years old

Relationship Manager (RM)

1. 2 years experience in SME or retail banking
2. Marketing and networking excellence
3. Age: 35 years old

Compliance Department Head (COMP)

1. 7 years experience in Bank Compliance Unit
2. Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
3. Age: 45 years old

Treasury Department Head (TRS)

1. 7 years experience in fixed income and money market
2. Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
3. Age: 45 years old
